1. Stumptown Comics Fest 2009 was a lot of fun! I learned the expression "Booth Babe" (from Wikipedia: The slang term 'booth babe' has occasionally been used to refer to a trade show model. The term focuses on physical appearance, or specifically on wardrobe, which, depending on the type of trade show, can be thematic or sexy. For example, at a builder's convention a model may be dressed as a construction worker with cut-offs, tight t-shirt, tool belt, and hard hat.) and tried my best to become one for this comic show.

Nature Is So Gay performance with Ali Liebegott!
Just when you thought you were alone…lezzy lions, faggy raccoons and monkeys that swing both ways! Writers and visual artists, Ali Liebegott and Nicole J. Georges showcase portraits and performance revealing the secrets of the queer animal kingdom. Both will also read from their graphic novels in progress.
A one night event, I will be performing some new material written just for this event!
Art will be for sale.

Thank you so much for posting those pics from the New Museum in New York, my zine is there too somewhere, so it's neat to see the great company it's keeping these days while I stay home!
