••••9th Annual Stumptown Comics Fest April 28 & 29, 2012 • Oregon Convention Center Sat. 10-6, Sun. 12-6 ••••••••• I'll be on a panel talking about the IPRC's Comics Certificate Program, and I'll be at table A-17 with my dear friend Clutch and our very special guest CARRIE McNinch!
