Zine River show at Grass Hut

Grass Hut will be hosting a very special fund raiser, raiser o awareness for our beloved Independent Publishing Resource Center. The IPRC- where you can make zines, learn about printing, read comics, or learn all you need to know about doing it yourself. It's an awesome place right in the heart of portland. Featuring artwork and zines by Chris Johanson, Thomas Campbell, Lori D, Nicole J. Georges, Gabriel Liston, Theo Ellsworth, Dan Gilsdorf, Travis Millard, Mel Kadel, Megan Whitmarsh, Leif Goldberg, Keegan Wenkman, Scrappers, Sammy Harkham, Chris Duncan, Thom Lessner, Elizabeth Haidle and E*Rock. Holy crap I wish I could be there!

New Prints Up!

Eek! Harlan is making giant, poster-sized (yet still archival and refined) prints of these horse illustrations I made this month!

Speaking of Prints & Beija Update

1. Hi everyone. Thank you for your notes and donations regarding the face of Beija Georges! Beija is almost ready to have her stitches out, and the neighbor/pit bull owners have apologized and ponied up half the costs. Phew! Photos soon.


2. Speaking of Prints, I just posted a bunch of prints and cards on Etsy, including some of your favorite images from the Queer Animals Calendar. I have brand brand brand new prints in the works, as well as tiny totebags with gocco printed images that will soon be up. Keep your eyes out!

Where to get Prints in Portland

After years of confusion ("Where do i get prints of my work made? And How????") I found a solution!
Harlan. He works at Reading Frenzy by day, as a printer by night, and will deliver your prints by bicycle!
